About Us

NollieWoods is the home of Lee and Terry, their two daughters, some dogs and many chickens.

Lee grew up in Beckley on the family property and decided to move back with her husband Terry who then built their log home. They now home educate their two children and are passionate about retaining this property for future generations to enjoy.

“Sharing our space brings so much joy. We always see people at their happiest, families playing together, children laughing in the woods, couples returning after a day out together.

Our skate parent journey began two years ago after our youngest spent her money on a skateboard. We found ourselves travelling to skateparks 3 or 4 times a week with both girls. And so, the mini ramp was born! Summer 2024 saw a weeklong project ending in a skate party with the special friends we have made along the way.

We intend to offer a well-rounded stay with new projects upcoming …. veg garden, polytunnel, orchard and more. If we have it, we can share it.

We are ready and waiting to welcome more joyful energy to NollieWoods.”
