Located between the peaceful villages of Beckley and Northiam, our place offers a perfect rural retreat with easy access to nearby towns like Rye and Tenterden. Surrounded by the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s ideal for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the slower pace of country life.

NollieWoods is just 20 minutes from the coast, explore, relax, or seek some thrills from the many watersports available.

You’ll find all the essentials nearby, including a village shop, cosy pubs, a café, and even the famous Great Dixter House and Gardens just down the road. Free parking and good road connections via the A28 make it easy to explore the area, while train stations in Rye or Robertsbridge offer links to London and the coast.

The cabin is really clean,it has everything that you need,also is set in a very private and quiet place.
A fantastic place to go with your family to relax ,enjoy Camber Sands and not at last to have lots of fun on the skate ramp which is very accessible.

Little Nollie was exaactly what we were after for a long weekend. We got to visit Rye and Hastings, both 20-30min drive from the place.
The cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was very handy as we got to cook a few meals for us.
Lee's instructions to get in and out were clear. They had the firewoods ready for us as well.
Our pup enjoyed the garden and my partner got to practice his skills on the ramp!
