Welcome to the heart of the beautiful East Sussex countryside! Located between the peaceful villages of Beckley and Northiam, our place offers a perfect rural retreat with easy access to nearby towns like Rye and Tenterden. Surrounded by the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it’s ideal for walking, relaxing, and enjoying the slower pace of country life.

NollieWoods is just 20 minutes from the coast, explore, relax, or seek some thrills from the many watersports available.

You’ll find all the essentials nearby, including a village shop, cosy pubs, a café, and even the famous Bodiam Castle & Great Dixter House and Gardens just down the road. Free parking and good road connections via the A28 make it easy to explore the area, while train stations in Rye or Robertsbridge offer links to London and the coast.

Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or a longer countryside break, this is your base for comfort, charm, and quiet discovery.

We had a lovely time staying at Little Nollie. The hosts were very caring and accommodating, and the place was exactly as described - quiet and very comfortable!I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the countryside.

A beautiful stay at Nolliewoods, Lee added some personal touches to help celebrate a birthday which was really appreciated and made the stay even more special. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again in the summer to enjoy the area in warmer, drier weather ! Very kid and dog friendly. Thank you Lee!

Such a peaceful and cozy escape! The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated and surrounded by nature’s calm. We loved sipping coffee and hot chocolate on the porch, watching the birds and ending the night by the fire in the cabin. Thoughtful touches from the hosts made it feel extra special, we can’t wait to come back! 🌲✨

Amazing two night stay in Lee's gorgeous little cabin. Perfectly clean, fabulous little wood burner, lovely hot shower, loved the fresh multi-coloured eggs from the nearby chickens, very tasty. Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat.

A wonderful place! I’d gladly give more than 5 stars. Perfect for relaxation and peace, with a lovely little garden our dog enjoyed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and for us the highlight was the fireplace and the cosy atmosphere inside. Very clean, Lee was very friendly and welcoming with thoughtful little extras that added a lot of charm. Highly recommended!

It was such a beautiful and cozy cabin. Lee was amazing and provided us with very clear instructions, a lovely welcome notes and some goodies. We went for my birthday getaway and it was a perfect place to recharge and truly relax. Enjoying nights by the fire and having a BBQ. We absolutely loved the outdoor bit with the outdoor kitchen and this place was truly dog friendly. It's definitely somewhere we'd love to stay at again. Thank you Lee!

From the minute we arrived at Little Nollie we felt right at home. Gorgeous surroundings, the place was beautifully done, spotlessly clean & had everything we could have needed. The little added touches of milk, eggs, tea/coffee etc was so perfect, all we needed were the clothes on our backs.
Lee & her family was so friendly & helpful, it was lovely getting to know them.
My boy loved the skate ramp outside, this was a huge bonus of the place!
As well as the outdoor kitchen was gorgeous! Sitting outside with a coffee watching the birds have their breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay! It is remote enough to feel in the middle of nature (we always look for that when travelling) but close to all the small surrounding villages.
The host was really friendly and responsive.
The place impeccable and we had an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

A calm and tranquil spot. We felt very welcome and well looked after. The place was spotlessly clean with lots of nice extra touches to make the place feel homely. The skate ramp is well built and has nice smooth feel to it and Rye is lovely with plenty to do. Overall, a highly recommended cabin stay if want some peace and quiet and to decompress. Which was exactly what we were after. Would definitely stay again 🙂

We had the most beautiful stay and was so perfect for iur little family. Secure for the dog and our little boy loved the chickens! My husband and I adored the outdoor kitchen and Lee was so communicative and great if we needed anything too. Highly recommend and we will come back. So close to Camber Sands beach too!

Perfect for families! Our boys loved the woodland area and the skate ramp.
We enjoyed using the bbq and fire pit for marshmallows!
It was brilliant for our dog too, safe and secure we didn’t have to worry about him escaping!
The little added extras were lovely too!
Lee and her family were lovely and easy to talk too.
Loves our stay thankyou!
