Great stay at Nolliewoods! We got to use the skate ramp, walk in the woods, toast marshmallows over the fire pit and explore Rye and Camber, what’s not to love! Everything about this place is great and my skateboarding husband is already planning a return trip!

We had the best mini break at Little Nollie, the kids loved Loopy the caravan and the cabin was cosy with awesome attention to detail. Have recommended to our mates and hope to come back again soon! Thanks for having us!

Brilliant place to stay,lovely and quiet and a great location for visiting nearby places like rye.Dog friendly as well,our dog felt right at home.The skate ramp looked amazing, unfortunately I feel a bit to old now for that but impressive if that's your thing.would highly recommended,hosts were great and thought of everything

Nolliewoods was an amazing private glamping experience especially for our two corgis, who had the whole garden to themselves to sniff around and zoom like crazy! 🐾The space had everything we needed: pots, cups, even a BBQ pit for cooking up a feast. It was spotless, cosy, and just felt like home from the moment we arrived.Rye is a lovely little town nearby, and Camber Sands beach is only about 20 minutes away perfect for a day trip with the pups.Lee was brilliant too, always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything.We'll definitely be back and maybe we'll even try our hand at skateboarding next time! 🛹

Second time for summer We had an absolutely lovely (second) time at Nolliewoods this summer! I rebooked after my first trip at the beginning of the year to give myself an aim over summer to get to a certain level skating by the end. This time around I showed up and skated the level I'd hoped to on the first night, then enjoyed the familiarity of the forest and the ramp and the relaxing space for the rest of the weekend. We also visited F51 in Folkstone. Lee and Terry were absolutely lovely to see again and I'm hoping we can return in future years.

Perfect getaway I set out to find a 2 night break for my 11 year old and i to hang out before he started secondary school. Somewhere that had enough fun factor for him and the beauty of the outdoors without sacrificing home comforts for me. I found it here!
For him; skate ramp, go kart in the woods (with hill for picking up speed!), tyre swing, caravan with crafts, firepit to enjoy bbqs and marshmallows, bird watching (the owners have alot of chickens that sit in the tree branches) and enough garden space for cricket and badminton! Me; fabulous outdoor kitchen with a comfy chair i think the only item i needed of my own was a peeler, super comfy bed, soft blankets and plenty of cushions and a powerful shower.
Not much to walk to but with a car so much within 10-15 minutes it really is a great location. Lee is very friendly and thoughtful she left us some wonderful treats and is there if you need her help. The cabin is behind the owners home which we didnt mind at all but worth a mention. We have already recommended it to friends!

Such a lovely relaxing stay after a busy summer, Would highly recommend if you love skateboarding!

We cannot thank NollieWoods enough for a wonderful peaceful stay. The skate ramp was of course a highlight for my husband and our daughter. The little touches of fresh ground local coffee and beautiful eggs from their lovely chicken really helped us feel right at home. The star-gazing and bird and bat watching were incredible. Our hosts were fantastic, Lee was happy to answer my questions and when I asked about where we could get some of the lovely coffee from - they were going past where they buy it from that day so went in especially to get us a couple of bags. Really wonderful people.The garden was secure for our big dog to wander freely without being concerned for her getting out too. We felt like it was a wonderful break away, relaxing and peaceful but also felt like home - we loved it so much we have booked again next year!

I stayed with my teenage son and two dogs for two nights.Great place, loved the skate ramp. Only 4 min drive to local shops. 15 mins to Rye.Hosts had a helpful guide for places to eat plus what you can cook on their fire. Place was spotless, TV games etc. The dogs were happy in the garden they loved sniffing every blade of grass and enjoyed the sun on the decking. The kitchen area had everything we needed.Sadly we didn’t have a fire as there is a heat wave in Sussex! This place is super cosy and 10/10 would recommend

What an exceptional stay at NollieWoods! Lee and Terry have created something truly special with this property. Our entire weekend was peaceful and relaxed, and the house was perfect for our needs. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and so cute! We explored the surrounding area via their stellar recommendations, but also had ample time for chilling out, skating the ramp, and romping around the property with our two dogs. We’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, but this one takes the cake. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing little find! Everything about our stay was spot on. Lee was super friendly and made us feel really welcome from the start.The attention to detail was brilliant — we loved having fresh eggs, juice, and coffee ready for us. The kids were buzzing about the marshmallows and hot chocolates too, such a nice touch.The boys had the best time with the mini skate ramp and playing in the little caravan, and the surrounding forest made it even better. The cabin itself looked so cool — really loved the decor — and the skate magazines and book selection were a big hit.The fire bowl/grill was definitely a highlight, and everything was really clean and well looked after. Also appreciated the eco shampoo and shower gel.The information pack was really helpful too, with loads of local places to visit and nearby skate parks.Honestly, a 10/10 stay — we’d love to come back. We had a fantastic time. The location was beautiful for our little family of three. My husband enjoyed skateboarding with our little one and the accommodation was comfortable. We didn't want to leave.
