Wow!! This is the best Airbnb ever! Spotlessly clean. So peaceful, so beautiful and we loved the amazing woodwork and all the extra touches. So lovely to get there with all the treats Lee left..milk, eggs, snacks, yummy coffee and even a treat for our dog! This stay is must as it was so fab that our dog could wonder round the garden that was so beautifully fenced in. Lovely walk in bluebell woods too nearby. We’ll be back!

We loved staying at NollieWoods. Its a very peaceful place full of birdsong an an amazing wood. We had fun swinging on the tyre and taking in the bluebells. And of course the mini ramp was used everyday. I would highly recommend staying here for if you skate or not. Rye and Dungeoness are v close by. Lee and Terry were impeccable hosts. 🙂

I took my two children for a couple of nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it here. The cabin’s beautifully done, lovely and clean, and has everything you need. The skate ramp was a hit with the kids, along with toasting marshmallows and visiting Kockhatch adventure park as recommended in the guest info. We felt really welcome and had a lovely chilled stay. Thank you!

5 stars all round. Perfect place to get away for a few days. The sixth star would be from the dog, he had the best time and free roamed on the green all day. Great value too. Would highly reccomend.

Had a lovely couple of days at Lee's place. It was cosy, comfortable and well stocked. Great place to bring a dog and the garden is completely fenced in. Our dog, Elsie, had a great time too and is sad to be home, as we all are. Lee was a great and accommodating host.

We had a fantastic stay at Lee's place.Very cosy, perfect for a little getaway for the weekend. Between Friday evening to Monday morning, we managed to fit in Rye and Hastings, all very accessible with a car. Lee was very generous with the amenities, with everything you need provided for. An incredibly in-depth and personal visitor's guide, complete with fireplace and pit instructions, and local recommendations. Place was very clean and easy to find! Just read the check-in instructions carefully 🙂 We didn't come with any dogs, nor did we get the time to skate, but still a fantastic place to stay. Thanks again!!

We spent a weekend at this cousy bungalow. It was good to unwind from the noise of the city and wake up with the sound of the local wildlife and farm animals. Lee and Terry were very friendly and welcoming. There's a nice relaxing vibe in the place. We enjoyed it.
